国内市场拓展经理/业务发展经理
开发国内市场新的客户资源及业务，并通过发展新的客户关系及维护现有的客户以完成既定的销售目标。
1、具有拓展新客户及渗透深化现有客户市场的能力。
2、对市场及商业机会的评估能力。
3、能与客户建立长期合作关系。
4、寻求及开发各种潜在项目的机会。
5、接受客户业务咨询，起草和执行销售政策及进程。
6、定期与销售团队分享市场信息及销售技巧。

要求：
1.专科以上学历，建筑或工程等相关专业毕业。
2.至少5年以上建筑行业经历，最好有膜结构或钢结构相关经历。
3.有销售/市场工作经验将被有优先考虑。
4.能够主动且独立有条理的完成工作。
5.诚实，正直和信心，并承受较强的工作压力。
Business development manager
Acquire business from new customers, develop new business and maintain relationship with existing customers in order to achieve sales goal.
Specific Accountabilities:
1、Ability to gain new customers and at penetrating existing markets
2、Assessment of marketing opportunities and target markets
3、Ability to build strategic alliances with our customers for long term
4、Generating leads for possible sales
5、Advising on, drafting and enforcing sales policies and processes
6、Hold regular meetings with the sales team for market information and exchange of selling skills
Requirement:
1、College degree or above, major in architecture, engineering or similar major.
2、Minimum 5 years experience in architecture industry, preferably with Membrane or Steel structure background.
3、Experience in sales and/or marketing experience will be preferred.
4、Able to prioritize activities and work independently as a self-motivated employee.
5、Honesty, Integrity and confidence. Be able to work under high pressure.
