职位描述

Main mission
? Develop and maintain sales network in assigned channels
? Coordinate with all the parties involved such as distributors, wholesalers etc. to ensure proper implementation of sales strategy


Main Responsibilities
- Achieve sales / product penetration targets, and work within assigned trade support budget
- Develop and maintain Golden & Non Golden Accounts in assigned channels
- Manage accounts on regular basis, sales calls etc.
- Increase market share
- Implement trade/consumer promotion program
- Enforce implementation of Best Practices to optimize business results
- Conduct display, merchandising etc.
- Coordinate with local wholesalers for sales execution and process

Experience & Qualification
? University / College degree
? At least 4 years sales and management experience in multinational FMCG companies, preferably related channel sales experience
? Good computer skills
