1. Handling sourcing for design household articles and home furnishing. Kitchenware experience will be a plus.

2. Understand on the drawings both 2D/3D. Be Able to analyze with supplier for the technical solution and price negotiation.

3. Research different suppliers, necessary travel required.

4. Involve in new projects sourcing and productions follow up. 

5. Work together with local team to achieve company's objectives.

6. Coordinate and attend buyer's/design’s visit.

7. Assist and actively participate in sample development of Accessories for the Asian pacific market.

8. Coordinate order placement.

9. Communicate order status with buyer, track orders and forecast delays and prevent it or minimize its impact.

10. Communicate with buyer/senior about new product development, competitors’ activity and market trends etc.

11. Communicate with supplier about development, QC issues and order requirement. Ensure smooth order follow up.

12. Evaluate supplier's performance together with quality department and address quality issues.

13. Source, analyze and train suppliers to meet the demands and in compliance with the business requirements. Secure the capacity for company needs.

14. Arrange QC inspection according to schedule and drive pre-production meeting with QC and highlight the important checking points.

任职要求：

1. Bachelor degree or above.

2. Good at supplier sourcing according to the project requirement especially of technique.

Achieve the project independently by frequent communication and detail investigation.

Familiar with the whole process of order management and have communication skills with client. Hard goods background will be a plus.

4. Must have a high level of technical ability and commercial skills.

5. Above 8 years' relevant working experience.
