1.a检查，监视和准备与部门负责人有关的文件，工作文件

  a. Checking, monitoring and preparing the document, working files related to the department head

  b.支持并协助部门主管和团队中的所有成员

  b.Supports and provides assistance to department head and  all members in the team 

  c.管理领导的日程安排，确定目标的优先次序

  c.Managing the Head's schedule, determining priorities in terms of objectives

  d.启动向相关管理人员的信息分发，促进任务的执行，从而提高整体运营效率

 d.Initiating the distribution of information to relevant managers, facilitating the execution of tasks, thus improving overall operating efficiencies

  e.支持技术会议，包括 议程，组织和会议记录

  e. support technical meetings incl. agenda, organization and meeting minutes  

  f. 负责执行公司政策，包括差旅，费用报销，人员变更和任命等程序

  f. Responsible for the enforcement of company policy in terms of procedures including travel, expense claims, personnel changes and appointments etc. 

  g.负责控制签名，考虑政策，紧急性和文件转发

  g.Responsibility for controlling signatures, taking policy into account, urgency and forwarding of documents

  h.处理与各种问题有关的外部咨询 

  h.Handling external enquires related to various issues

  i.部门主管和经理分配的其他任务

  i.Other tasks assigned by Department Head and Manager

任职要求：

1.良好的英语口语和书面能力

Good English skills in both oral and written, German is preferred. 

 2.具有MS Office工具的良好计算机技能

Good computer skills with MS Office tools. 

 3.良好的组织能力，注重细节

Well organized, detail and service oriented. 

 4.良好的沟通能力和人际交往能力

Strong communication and interpersonal skill.

 5. 良好的团队合作精神

 Good team player.
