The position will lead the CS & Logistics team with approximately 150 members, primarily in China, US and Philippine.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

? Develop strategic goals for Customer service and logistics team.

? Implement initiatives, processes, and resources to ensure that all work is completed according to scheduled deadlines with respect to quality standards, priorities, and overall goals.

? Lead the team with overall alignment on performance requirements, goals and rewards systems. Develop key team talents with a clear career development plan. Review personnel needs at all locations and provide an HC Plan to the management team.

? Provide accurate and detailed performance reports to the management team on a regular basis.

? Manage escalated issues and provide direction. Collaborate with other teams to initiate and execute action plans upon emergency or other big events.

? Coordinate and supervise all logistics functions. Provide the management team with recommended changes and improvements on carrier and transportation relationships and processes.

? Develop and maintain relationships with all transportation carriers. Negotiate pricing/contracts for transportation service carriers.

? Collaborate with Finance and IT to execute actions in order to optimize internal control and enhance cyber security.

Qualifications

? 6-8+ years’ experience in managing customer service & logistics teams.

? Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, logistics, or similar field preferred.

? Fluent in written and oral English. Native speaker and international mindset will be a plus.

? Demonstrated ability to successfully lead a large department.

? Strong skills on cross team communication, personal influences, adaptive to a fast paced working environment.

? Strong sense of responsibility. Detail-oriented.

? Rapid perception. Strong analytical and organizational skills.
