In this position, the engineer will oversee the design and life cycle of piezoelectric motion control device and system. Suitable candidates will have experience with design and development of piezoelectric motion control device, such as piezoelectric actuator, motor, stage, etc., and will oversee the product development from new product idea, through development, all the way to manufacturing.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

职责描述

1.Design and develop piezoelectric devices. From concept design, prototyping, final product design, all the way through pilot manufacturing.

设计并开发压电产品，从概念设计、样机制作和成品设计到小批量试生产

2.Create mechanical designs of advanced rotary and linear mechatronic motion systems that include actuators, sensors, precision mechanisms, drive and control electronics, and associated manufacturing procedures, tools, and fixtures.

创建先进的旋转和线性机电运动系统的机械设计，包括: 传感器，精密机械，驱动和控制电路，以及相关的制造程序，工具和夹具

3.Create mechatronic solutions in close collaboration with electrical, mechanical, software, manufacturing, and quality engineers.

4.Produce and maintain 3D solid modeling, finite element analysis model, manufacturing drawings, assembly drawings, and bills of material.

5.Setup measurement system and test the parameters related to the new prototype and products or the properties demanded by the customer.

6.Developing test procedures, assist in writing user manuals, and training manufacturing and service personnel for transition of products from research and development to manufacturing.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

职位要求

1. A master or doctor degree in mechanics, automation, materials or equivalent

机械及自动化，材料学或相关领域的硕士或博士学位

2. Experiences on piezoelectric motor design or other relative piezoelectric motion control device design

具有压电马达设计或者其他相关压电运动控制产品设计经验

3. Familiar with design software, such as SolidWorks, COMSOL, etc.

熟悉使用相关设计软件，例如SolidWorks, COMSOL

4. Practical experience working with the equipment for piezo ceramics testing and mechanics assembly 

具备相关的实际操作经验，如压电陶瓷的测试驱动、精密机械件装配等

5. Appreciation of the photonics market sector and associated motion control products.

对光电市场行业和相关运动控制产品感兴趣

6. Basic English communication skills, reading and writing.

7. Strong ability of communication and execution
