职位描述

Job Description

1、 通过网银进行付款（包括境内银行和境外银行）;

E-banking process on bank platforms (local and international banks)；

2、 银行柜面业务，包括但不限于与银行确认外汇收款并及时做外汇收入申报，办理结汇或购汇；

Bank Counter related work, including but not limited to confirming foreign exchange receipts with the bank, declaring foreign exchange income, selling and purchasing foreign exchange as necessary;

3、 银行相关单据的管理，如回单和对账单；

Bank documents administration, including bank slips and bank statements;

4、 维护各银行账户，包括流水账和银行余额；

Manage Bank accounts, including maintain bank transactions and bank balances details.

5、每月编制银行余额调节表;

Prepare monthly bank reconciliation;

6、银行日常业务的对接，包括但不仅限于：变更预留印鉴、开销户等；

Manage bank accounts, including but not limited update signature matrix, bank account opening and closing;

7、配合审计师完成审计;

Work with auditors to accomplish the audit procedures;

8、协助上级提供各类基础财务数据；

Assist the supervisors for basic financial data collection;

9、完成上级布置的其他临时性工作;

Complete ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor;

任职要求：

Requirements

1、会计、财务管理等相关专业大专及以上学历；

College degree for accounting related areas;

2、至少两年的相关工作经验，有和境外银行合作经验更佳；

At least 2 years relevant working experiences, worked with foreign bank will be a plus;

3、良好的英文沟通能力；

Good English language skills;

4、诚实守信，为人正直，工作细致，责任感强。
