该岗位办公地点可选在昆山工厂或上海漕河泾园区办公室。

售前技术工程师支持销售业务活动和业务流程，确保项目在技术和商业上取得成功。他/她与销售、现场应用工程、研发、工程、产品管理、客户服务和其他跨职能支持资源团队合作，给客户提供技术和商业解决方案。

Job Responsibility:

- Review RFI/RFQ/RFP and coordinate to provide accurate and quick solution to the customer.

分析客户的信息问询， 报价需求， 方案需求， 反馈准确快速的方案.

- Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers’ met and unmet needs, and recommends optimum solutions, ensuring appropriate support for the proposed proposal.

给出满足客户需求所需的技术解决方案，或者基于有限技术偏差给出最经济的替换方案。

- To review, identifying, interpreting customer spec/requirements and bill of materials (BOM) for new inquiry and proposing corresponding part numbers or obtain key parameters per spec requirement and translate them for engineering / R&D to assess and design.

审核、识别、解释客户的规格/要求和物料清单(BOM)，给出BELDEN产品方案； 或者甄别客户某些定制化关键参数要求，并将其转化为BELDEN技术语言， 交付产品开发团队/产品研发团队进行新产品的评估和设计。

- Compile and coordinate on all technical & commercial documentations per customer format and requirement, like product drawings, datasheet, inspection test plans (ITP), 3rd party testing, compliance certificate, product warranty, etc. for tenders.

- To contact with multiple global plant resources in China, India, USA, Canada Mexico, Brazil, Europe and third party suppliers on product inquires and support.

- Participate in conferences, shows, exhibitions when appropriate and requested.

- Systematically maintains a database of technical and commercial support documents for future use / reference.

- Create training materials and provides training to internal resources as and when requested.

- Act as a project manager for each request to ensure the final solution is delivered as per the requestors’ information.

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree with degree in engineering.

- 3 years working experience.

- Experience in reviewing customer RFQ/RFI or bill of materials (BOM) and translating them into technical language for engineers to clearly understand.

有审核客户技术询问， 报价需求或者综合布线领域工程量清单解读/制作经验，并将其转化成内部技术语言以便开发、研发团队清楚理解客户需求。

- Minimum 1 year experience in product development, product management or providing technical/ commercial support.

1年以上产品开发、产品管理或技术/商业支持经验。

- Experience in working in companies that produce or distribute wire & cable, structured cabling systems and accessories.

有电线电缆、综合布线系统生产或销售公司的工作经验。

- Able to read and clearly understand industry standard and documentation.

能够阅读并清楚理解行业标准和文件。

- Fluently communicate and write in English and Chinese, minimum CET4 certificate.

大学英语四级水平，英文读写听能力良好， 能用英语口语做工作交流.

- Expert in Microsoft PC tools like PPT, word, excel, access, etc.

熟练使用MS办公自动化软件。

- 2D drawing capability is mandatory.

具备2d绘图识图能力。

- Multitasking and team work spirit.
