岗位职责:

Collaterals:印刷设计
？ Responsible for the creative and graphic design of hospital’s e-newsletter(s), ads, posters, pamphlets, brochures, and other sales & marketing support materials.负责医院简报、广告、海报、传单、手册以及销售部和市场部所需材料的创意设计
？ Assists in the coordination and execution of all printed materials.协助所有打印材料的分配和执行
？ Responsible for the production of all displays and temporary signage in hospital public areas.负责医院公共区域陈列品和标识的制作
？ Plays an active role in the art direction and styling of local-based photography for advertising, collateral and public relations purposes for the hospital. 积极使医院的广告、印刷品和公关用途素材库的更具特色

Public Relations: 公关
？ Maintains the department’s comprehensive image library for all advertising, collateral, sales and marketing, events and public relations activities.维护部门所有用于广告、印刷、销售、营销、举办活动和公关用途的图片库
？ Ensures that good quality photographs and videos are taken of any high-profile VIPs, head of state, celebrities, etc, who are guests at the hospital, for publicity purposes. 确保作客医院的高知名度VIP 、名人等照片,影像的质量，用于后期宣传
？ Assists with execution of hospital sponsored events and community/government relations activities.协助医院赞助的活动以及与社区、政府相关活动的执行
？ Assists with execution of press promotional activities.协助新闻宣传活动的执行

Advertising, Promotions and Direct Marketing/Electronic Direct Marketing广告、推广和直复营销/电子营销
？ Responsible for the creative and graphic design of hospital’s tactical service packages, promotional and direct marketing activities.负责医院服务套餐的创意设计和线下推广活动
？ Supports any tactical promotions by the hospital or other departments, such as Sales, Marketing, in creating tactical marketing support collaterals.支持医院和其他部门（如销售部和市场部）所有战略性的推广活动
？ Maintains and executes the hospital’s direct marketing calendar of activities through the use of Expression permission-based mail marketing system.通过邮件系统维护和执行营销
？ Liaises with various hospital departments for the maintenance and updating of a quality hospital database, for direct marketing purposes. 与医院各科室协调，维护医院数据库质量，用于后期推广
？ Tracks direct marketing report response rates in order to flag the attention of the Communications department heads and devise ways of improving rates, if necessary. 跟踪直接推广反馈，吸引其他机构市场部注意，如有必要，提出改善方法
？ Assists marketing managers on advertising, promotions, direct marketing and related matters.协助市场部经理做广告、推广、营销和其他相关事务
？ Assists with the execution and follow ups of marketing (direct or electronic) activities.协助市场部推广活动（直接或通过网络）的执行

任职资格:

Qualifications (Sex, Age, Education, Experience, Language Requirement):
1.Product design, messaging design, print design and all relevant education and certificates产品设计、信息设计、平面设计等相关专业学士学位
2.At least three years of print design experience (or relevant experience) 1年平面设计相关工作经验以上
3.Strong competency in English listening, reading, speaking, and writing a plus英语听说读写者优先
4.Work experience with foreign-invested enterprises a plus外资企业工作经验者优先

Skills:
1.Proficient in using PowerPoint, Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, and other relevant software熟练掌握PowerPoint、Photoshop、Illustrator、Indesign等专业软件
2.Familiar with design procedures and output methods/strategies熟悉设计流程与输出工艺
3.Ability to create/adapt according to established V1 policies 标识系统应用设计
