by FANG is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join its Couture team in Shanghai. by FANG is a Fashion House founded in Paris by Chinese designer Fang Yang composed of a premium ready-to-wear label and a luxury couture label 'Atelier by FANG' nowadays both headquartered in Shanghai, China.

作为私人造型顾问，您需要向我们的VIP顾客传达系列作品的独特魅力，通过精致廓形引导客户形成自己穿搭风格，彰显个性。得益于您的搭配建议，让客户在身着Atelierby FANG时感到优雅与自信。

RESPONSIBILITIES

工作职责：

• l With your fashion acuity, styling skills and exquisite taste, you will be able to directly provide advice and service to our celebrity/VIP customers during the appointment to the Atelier.
• 凭借您的时尚敏锐度，造型技能与精致品味，您将在预约到店的造型服务中直接为我们的VIP及明星顾客提供咨询建议。
• It is your constant mission to create extreme desire for customers and present unique experience.
• 为顾客创造极致渴望，呈现独特体验，是您不变的工作使命。
• With your artistic storytelling ability, you will convey to customers the heritage and modernity of the brand, artisan spirit and unique style of modeling;
• 借助您艺术般的叙述能力，向顾客传达品牌调性，工匠精神和别具一格的造型风格;
• To provide personalized modeling services for each customer, guide customers to form their own style;
• 为每位顾客提供个性化造型服务，引导顾客形成自己的穿搭风格;
• Introducing the latest fashion trends to customers and meet their needs.
• 向顾客传达最新时尚趋势，满足其搭配需求。

REQUIREMENTS

 任职要求：

 

• · Outstanding communication skills.

  拥有卓越的沟通能力

  · Fashion or Design related education background preferred. 

  时装或者设计相关专业背景出身优先。

  · Minimum 3  years Sales experience in luxury retail / couture environment (previous exposure to VIP / private clients is ideal). 

  拥有3年以上的精品店铺工作经验或相关学历背景者优先。

  · Deep understanding of fashion / styling enabling to professionally address different client profiles and tastes, team player.

  具备敏锐的时尚嗅觉和精致的穿搭品味;·热爱艺术及设计行业，审美能力强;·

  团队合作意识强;

  · Extremely pro-active, detailed oriented and strong communication skilled individual with a natural talent for sales. 

  具有天生的销售能力和高效的行动力，拥有强大的沟通技巧和细节意识。

  · Basis English spoken preferred 

  英语口语精通者优先
