1、直接对设计部主管负责，服从上级的管理和工作安排，执行并反馈实施结果；

2、认真学习贯彻实施公司的各项规章制度,遵守公司的模具设计,制造标准,达到模流分析报告统一规范；

3、中英文模流分析报告的输入，能提出开模合理化建议。

4、参加模具前期的DFM制作,了解相关信息；

5、对产品进行分析,确定成型工艺可行性并提出宝贵意见；

6、负责指导设计师对模具设计进胶及运水参考，对其提供技术支持。

7、参加模具设计过程中的相关会议及活动；

8、无条件服从部门主管的工作安排，对其所要求的事务汇报自己的完成情况；

9、力求上进，不断提高专业技术水平，积极参加各项有益活动。

岗位要求：

1、本科或以上学历；

2、懂注塑模具设计和塑胶材料性能，了解模具结构；

3、熟练运用(UG,moldflow)等模具设计软件,进行模流分析；

4、具有好的团队合作精神,好的配合度及敬业精神。
