Responsibility

1.Create & Maintain the ISO Quality Management System for all facilities/department

为所有设施/部门创建和维护ISO质量管理体系

2. Coordinate and conduct internal audits

协调和进行内部审计

3. Communicate with ISO (External) and coordinate ISO audits

与ISO（外部）沟通并协调ISO审核

4. Coordinate corrective actions in response to internal and External non-conformances, customer issues, and system weaknesses

协调纠正措施，以应对内部和外部不符合，客户问题和系统缺陷

6. Prepare monthly reports for quality metrics in terms of Audits Action Status & Completion

根据审计行动状况和完成准备每月报告的质量指标

7. Regularly follow up the CI projects progress and update the CI report to team

定期跟踪各CI项目进展并更新CI报告

8. Provide Technical expertise (ISO, Statistics, Procedures)  

提供技术支持（ISO，统计，程序）

9. Supervise the Quality System and its employees to ensure that Quality standards, procedures are achieved, make sure all the records under control by DCC.

监督质量体系及其员工，确保达到质量标准，程序，确保DCC控制的所有记录。

10. Ensure Quality Team are trained to perform their respective jobs including the purpose of the safety features of their specific machine, workstation controls, and tools and equipment in and out of the Laboratory. Work safely and enforce the workplace safety practices.

12. Issue corrective action to Quality personnel in coordination with plant management and Human resources

13. Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

1.Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Statistics, and Business

工程，统计和商业学士学位

2.Extensive ISO training, Auditor Accreditation, Equipment & Instrument Calibration Certification

ISO培训，审核员认证，设备和仪器校准认证

3.Good English Command ( Written & Oral ), Excellent Computer Skills

英语（书写&口语）良好者优先；电脑良好

4.ISO9001 (2015) Quality Management System

ISO9001(2015)质量管理体系

5.Minimum 5 years experience in Quality Control or Assurance, Supervisory experience preferred

至少5年质量控制或保证经验，优先考虑监督经验

6.Minimum 3 years experience in Quality Systems or as ISO Coordinator

至少3年质量体系经验或ISO协调员

7.Knowledgeable and experienced in advanced statistical techniques for data analysis

8.Good knowledge& experience for quality control management.

具有良好的品质控制管理知识及应用经验

9.familiar with ISO system & QC control flow.

10.Good ability of judging, analyzing & handling issues.
