Description of Responsibilities ：

1.People Management 

Manage Staff of 4 Quality Engineers

Quality Assurance Engineers (2)

Supplier Development Engineers (2)

2.Quality Management System

Take ownership of developing Company Quality Manual, Policy, and Strategy

Lead Team to Establish ISO-9001 Certification

3.Supplier Quality

Minimize Quality Risks from Suppliers on all Purchased Components

Support Purchasing to Identificatify, Evaluate, and Approve New Suppliers

Train Suppliers on New Product Development Process to Minimize Quality Risks

Conduct Supplier Audits to ensure Process Control Capability and Sample Approval on New Production Launches

Control and Manage Quality of Supplier steady state Production

Provide Fast and Effective Problem Solving and Corrective Actions for all Quality Problems

Implement Quality Performance Tracking for each Supplier

Work with Suppliers to help them improve Process Control and Quality Capabilities

4.Customers

Provide Fast and Effective Problem Solving and Corrective Actions for all Quality Problems

Support Customers on All Quality Issues with the Highest Priority

5.Continuous Improvement

Develop a Continuous Improvement Culture within the Quality Department based on these Concepts

Candidate Qualifications ：

College Graduate with Technical Degree

Minimum 5 Years Experience in Similar Role

Manufacturing Industry Experience

Strong Problem Solving Skills

Continuous Improvement Understanding and Experience 

Experience with ISO / QS / TS Quality Systems 

Ability to Provide Training to Suppliers and Staff 

Strong People and Leadership Skills
