1. 新品配方的开发，需包括进行竞品分析，产品开发提案，稳定性、兼容性等测试 

 2. 负责完成新产品的试产，包括撰写生产工艺文件，进行现场技术指导，保证生产顺利完成 

 3. 根据不同产品特性，科学有效地制定相应的安全性&功效性测试策略 

 4..原料技术资料的审核和产品及原料标准的制定 

 5.根据产品特点，撰写产品推广资料，完成产品内部培训 

 6.产品技术问题的专业解答 

 7.协助法规部完成产品备案，提供必要的样品和技术资料支持   

职位要求：

1、 3年以上个人及家居护理品配方开发经验，含生产现场的技术指导；熟悉化妆品相关法律、法规

2、 本科及以上，化学或药物学相关专业

3、 拥有良好的英语读写能力，良好的团队协作意识。

Job responsibilities:

1. Development of new product formula, including competitive product analysis, product development proposal, stability, compatibility test, etc

2. Be responsible for the trial production of new products, including writing production process documents and providing on-site technical guidance to ensure the smooth completion of production

3. According to the characteristics of different products, formulate the corresponding safety & efficacy testing strategy scientifically and effectively

4. Review of raw material technical data and formulation of product and raw material standards

5. According to the characteristics of the product, write the product promotion materials and complete the product internal training

6. Professional answers to product technical questions

7. Assist the regulatory department to complete product filing and provide necessary samples and technical data support

Job requirements:

1. More than 3 years of personal and home care product formula development experience, including production site technical guidance; familiar with cosmetics related laws and regulations

2. Bachelor degree or above, major in chemistry or pharmacology

3. Have good English reading and writing skills, good sense of teamwork
