职位描述

Main Focus and Challenges

  

This position is responsible to perform as technical assistant for sales activities in Nuclear Business mainly, include new construction and AFM, cover all business process, from project initiation, proposal, contract, order execution and goods delivery. Additional need to support other business of control valve, isolation valve or petrochemical valve when required. Meantime, he/she shall involve more activies in team management during daily business, performa high prefessional ability with accountability in business.


Specific Responsibilities

  

  • Follow company strategery and inside sales SOP & guideline in daily job

  • Understand IMI products and application for most products series, such as control valve, isolation valve, pertrochemical valve, apply protfolio selling with opimize proposal not only on technical, but also to be competitive.

  • Practise good collaboration to each function team, internal or external, support sales for more opportunity and successful in sales buinses.

  • Active as single channel cover project all procudure, from project very beginning until goods delivery and to project close. Good communication between customer and factory, e.g. discussion, clarification, negotiation, order coordination, customer sercie, and etc., include

  1.  RFQ documents collection, management, translation, primary clarification with customer…-
  2. After RFQ documents forwarded to factory, keep on communication between factory & customer for technical or commercial terms clarification, project update, project process tracking, arrange regular conference call when necessary…..
  3. When factory proposal available, package all relevant documents to prepare complete set of proposal to customer, work on bidding documents preparation, print, filing….
  4. Coordinate for order execution process as local support, documentation, quick response for customer service claim…Support from locally for all relevant requirement for project execution if any            
  • When required, dedicate to team management stuff, support manger to complete team’s KPI and achieve target successfully

     

    

  Qualifications and Experience 

  • Bachelor degree or higher in process control or mechanical Engineering

  • Requires a minimum of >5 years of related experience in valve industry, instrument or equivalent. Experience of valve industry is prefer much.

  • Solid inside sales/AE experience in fossil power, nuclear or similar.

  • Basic commercial knowledge for trading business

  • Good learner with ability to absorb new technological concepts quickly.

  • Strong communication & negotiation ability.

  • Skilled in using office (Windows, Microsoft Office)

  • Good English skills, both oral and written

  • High accountability for on time job delivery, able to bear high working pressure & challenge.

  • Willingness of working on the site in Qingpu is a must;

  • Professional Knowledge (valve, application, instrument and etc.);

  • Positive attitude, high accountabilty and good teamwork player.

  • Open-minded and strong communication skills.
