The Onboarding Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth and successful integration of new national and multi-national clients and new standards into the Food business.  The post-holder will manage the day-to-day activities of Onboarding new clients and new standards to time, cost, quality and scope as agreed with the client.

The post-holder will be experienced in Project Management methodologies and their application, and will provide leadership, expertise and guidance to the project team. The post-holder will report directly to the Global Client Configuration and Onboarding Manager.

You will be an ambassador for Lloyds Register, ensuring the delivery of successful client projects supporting the delivery of strategic goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the successful transition of clients from Sales and handover to Operations upon completion of the client Onboarding project
2. 户确定签署项目完成后，负责客户从销售和移交到运营的成功过渡
3. Responsible for managing the project deliverables and project team(s) ensuring adherence to the LR Investment Project process and best-practise
4. 管理项目交付和项目团队，确保履行公司的项目流程和最佳实践
5. Maintaining professional expertise and expert knowledge of evolving methods and approaches relevant to the field of Project Management and the delivery of Onboarding projects
6. 与项目管理和新入职项目交付相关的不断发展的方法和方法的专业知识和专业知识
7. To maintain project governance on Project Delivery Meetings

9. Accountable for ensuring technical demonstrations for clients / internal teams related to the systems used by Food business are effective when performed by Onboarding Project Managers / Onboarding IT Configuration Technical Specialists. Be prepared to conduct demonstrations of our LR platforms to client sales pitches and tenders

Job Requirement:

1. You will be educated to degree level in a related discipline
    本科以上学历，管理相关专业优先。
2. You will have experience managing several complex concurrent projects.
    同时管理多个复杂项目的经验。
3. You will be able to succinctly report project progress to senior management.
    较好的归纳总结表达能力，能够简洁地向高级管理层汇报项目进展情况。
4. You will work well within a team (both internal and client facing) to ensure the best solution is delivered.
    较强的团队沟通和协调能力，能与内外部合作顺畅，确保提供最佳的解决方案。
5. You will have experience managing project scope with demonstrable knowledge of how to manage change to scope.
    管理项目工作范围的经验以及如何管理范围变更的技能。
6. You will have demonstrable experience of communicating with and influencing clients through complex delivery.
    处理过复杂项目与客户沟通并影响客户的经验。
7. You will have good commercial acumen, being able to effectively manage the third-party suppliers and the overall project budget.
    良好的商业头脑，能够有效地管理第三方供应商和整个项目预算。
8. You should have experience of using project management tools and techniques, including risk and issue management
    使用项目管理工具和技术的经验，包括项目风险和问题管理
9. You will be fluent in both English and Mandarin. Other languages are also beneficial.

10. You should have formal Project Management Training (Prince2 / Agile Project Management) or other recognized project management training is desirable
