• To provide workable solutions to meet the requirement of cost / quality / delivery
• To guarantee the service OTIF & Quality for filling plant
• To build the smooth and efficient communication with suppliers and central team
• To manage the Asian based supplier with expected performance

KEY COMPETENCIES FOR THE POSITION 该职务所需的主要资质

• 3 to 5 years of purchasing function in related areas, cosmetics is preferred;
• Good negotiation skills as well as all other purchasing professional skills;
• Experience and knowledge about planning, procurement, logistic, stock evaluation…
• Good communication skill and efficient team work playing is essential;
• Dedicated, rigorous, tenacious, honest, open-minded, proactive;
• Fluent in English in oral and writing; French is a plus;

DETAIL RESPONSABILITIES / 主要职责

• To follow up projects from the start of 1st mass production till delivery QC ok;
• To act as the key contact in PD purchasing team to coordinate with central purchasing teams in plants in terms of:

1) Supplier bidding 2) Cost analysis & negotiation

• To facilitate the availability of packaging components in PCD plants (in PD,SGP & SJDB) as well as to ensure the good deliveries on time, in full, within quality expectations;
• To coordinate with procurement teams in plants of PD, SGP & SJDB;
• To keep a satisfactory level of stock inventory; He/She need to update SAP parameters of logistic & procurement, such as: 1) Quantity; 2) Supplier production lead-time; 3) Supplier production batch size; 4) Supplier delivery batch size (agreed by procurement team); 5) Safety stock; 6) Logistic transportation lead-time;
• To be responsible for the logistic contracts: 1) To elaborate the customized logistic contract with procurement team & suppliers; 2) To guarantee the successful implementation & execution & follow up of the logistic contract;
• To follow up basic quality issues & to alert assistant manager if the issue remains not solved;
• To contribute to the reporting of department such as OTIF, QC, Supplier evaluation documents…
• To manage Asian based suppliers with regular performance review and spontaneous project meetings…
