• 参加访问、审核新供应商; 进行过程和产品审核。推动供应商实施宜发和客户质量要求。Participant in supplier visits, new supplier audits, process and product audit. Ensure IFA and customer requirements are executed at supplier site.

• 进行供应商PPAP样品批准，负责供应商零件的再认证。 Responsible for supplier PPAP approval and supplier parts requalification.

• 协助来料检验职能制定来料检验规范和指导书。Support incoming inspection team to create receiving inspection working instruction.

• 处理来料、生产过程中或客户处发现的供应商质量问题。 Handle the supplier quality problem found in incoming inspection, production and customer site

• 负责供应商抱怨流程。评审、跟踪和监控供应商问题解决和8D报告。Responsible for the supplier complaint process. Review, follow up and monitor supplier problem solving and 8D reports.
• 准备供应商质量业绩数据，包括供应商业绩、问题和失效等，其结果提供给管理评审，供开发、计划、生产和质量进行风险评估。Prepare supplier quality performance data including supplier quality performance, issues and failure, the results are provided for management review and risk analysis for development, planning, production and quality.

要求：

• 熟悉IATF16949或 ISO/TS16949 质量管理体/Familiar with IATF16949 or ISO/TS16949 quality management system

• 理解汽车行业和主机厂质量要求，例如VDA系列要求, GM QSB, VW Formel Q 等质量要求/Understand automotive industry and OEM quality requirements, VDA series, GM QSB, VW Formel  Q

• 了解APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC等工具 /Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC

• 熟练运用质量控制方法例如PDCA,8D/A3等/Work efficiently with quality control method like PDCA, 8D.

• 具有供应商质量管理的经验/Working experience on supplier quality management

• 产品和工艺知识/Product knowledge and process knowledge
