-负责其他团体与Asmodee内部/外部出版商关于产品和采购之间的沟通。

-Responsible for the communication of production and purchasing between unities and Asmodee Internal/External publishers.

 

-分析桌游市场当前动态以及发展前景，了解用户需求。

-Analysis of current market and development, and understand the demands of users.

 

-负责与销售/市场部门沟通与协调产品在上市前期的工作。

-Responsible for the communication and coordination with sales/marketing department before new product launching.

 

采购：

Purchasing：

 

-根据产品部门、市场部门对相关产品周边、特殊促销礼品、活动的需求，来进行产品的生产及采购。             

-Product and supplier sourcing according to the needs from product department, marketing departments for related product accessory, special promotion gifts, events.

 

-在短时间内确定合适的供应商，并维护优质供应商和备用供应商的清单。

-Identifying the right supplier in a short time frame and maintain the list of preferred and back up suppliers.

 

-与相关部门沟通，快速了解采购需求，并就新概念产品的开发提供建议和支持。             

-Communicate with related department, understand sourcing requirements quickly and correctly, and advise/support related departments on the development of new concepts.

 

 

-采购订单的管理包括准备订单、产品安置、确认和跟进。             

-Purchase order management includes order preparation, placement, confirmation and follow ups.

 

-与供应商就采购订单的所有条款进行谈判，确保供应商了解我们的所有要求：价格、质量、测试、进度、取样等。

-Negotiate with suppliers on all terms related to a purchase order; ensure suppliers are aware of all the requirements: on price, quality, test, schedule, sampling, etc.

 

-负责与财务部门协调产品的成本核算等工作。

-Responsible for coordinating product cost accounting with finance department.

 

-通过审查和调整库存水平及生产计划，来促进库存周转和产品可用性。

-Facilitating inventory turnover and product availability by reviewing and adjusting inventory levels and production schedules.

 

-负责ERP系统中的采购模块。

-Responsible for ERP system purchase module.

 

-提供评估结果和相应的报告。

-To provide assessment results and report accordingly.

 

-领导分配的其他任务。

-Other tasks have assigned by line Manager.

 

-团队管理。

-Team management.

任职要求：

Job Requirements:

-本科以上学历毕业，具有5年以上相关管理经验。

-Bachelor degree with 5 years related management experience.

-强大的商业意识与分析技巧。

-Strong business sense and analytical skill.

-良好的沟通能力，逻辑思考能力及管理能力。

-Good communication skill，logical thinking and management skill.

-流利的英语听说读写能力。

-Fluent English spoken & written.

-对游戏/桌面游戏行业感兴趣。

-Strong interest for game/ board game.
