岗位职责：

1、国内外院校建筑学本科或以上学历，5-8年以上大型设计院、国内外优秀建筑设计事务所的方案设计与方案管理的工作经验；    

2、配合设计总监深化设计，组织设计团队深化和管理项目：方案深化，方案优化与把控，以及方案报审工作的配合，熟悉设计工作各个阶段的工作流程；
3、熟练操作天正建筑、AutoCAD、Photoshop、Sketch Up、InDesign、Revit等相关设计软件;   

4、有良好的职业精神和责任心，团队协调能力;。   

5、有各个设计阶段的工作经验，熟悉中国的建筑和规划规范，理解建筑材料和工艺技术的运用。    

6、有各个设计阶段的文本准备工作经验，拥有细节审美能力。

Job Description:  

1. Bachelor degree or above in Architecture major from domestic and international colleges, 5-8 years or more experience in project design and project management of large-scale design firms and excellent domestic and oversea architecture design firms;  

2. Able to cooperate with the Design Director to develop the concept, organize the design team to develop and control the project, develop the concept, optimize and control the result, and support project approval and review process. Familiar with each phase of design process;    

3. Familiar with TArch, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketch Up, InDesign, Revit, etc.;  

4. Good professionalism and responsibility, team coordination ability;   

5. Experience in various design stages, familiar with Chinese architecture and planning codes, understand the mechanism of building materials and technology;   

6. Experience in document preparation at all stages of design and aesthetic ability in details.
