Purpose of Job工作目的:

1. Ensure timely preparation and analysis of samples within the department.

确保按照时间要求及时地被制备样品并且对样品进行检测。

3. Ensure that the FSC project is followed.

确保食品科学中心的项目实施

4. Ensure that the FSC equipment/facility is well maintained and running

Job Duties工作职责:

1. Prepare, analyse and perform, the microbiological preparation and testing of samples in a profession manner following correctly SOPs independently or if these are not available the directions given by supervisor then fill in timely relevant records.

能够独立地正确地按照标准操作程序规定的方式分析并执行微生物样品的制备和检测，或不具备时按照组内负责人的指导操作，并及时填写相关记录。

2. Ensure that the work area is clean and tidy and all the glassware and small-scale equipment related to sample pre-treatment reach the adequate standard before using then fill in timely relevant records.

确保工作区域整洁，所有的玻璃器皿和前处理涉及的小型仪器使用前达到合适的标准， 并及时填写相关记录。

3. Process reports on analyse within set timescale according to the appropriate standard independently. Maintain accurate legible records for all activities within the laboratory. Ensure the paper/electronic copies are kept securely according to laboratory procedures. Check data from other staff and correct any discrepancies that occur.

在规定的时限内，独立地以恰当的标准整理数据并生成分析报告。对实验室所有正在进行中的检测操作维护准确可信的原始记录。并确保按实验室程序妥善保存书面/电子文件。检查其他员工的检测数据，并纠正任何产生的不符合项。

4. Ensure that the sample testing information produced during analysis is entered into LIMS system correctly and completely.

确保将分析过程中所产生的样品分析信息准确完整地输入LIMS系统。

5. Be able to find or judge simple instrument problems and report to the supervisor or other senior staff. Undertake equipment maintenance tasks assigned to them by the supervisor or other senior staff under their supervision or following their directions.

能够发现或判断简单的仪器故障并向部门领导或其他高级员工报告。承担由部门领导或其他高级员工分配的仪器保养任务并能在他们的监督或指导下完成工作。

6. Prepare media according to specification of the method.

根据标准方法中的内容制备培养基。

7. Manage the reference strains accord to the SOPs. Prepare beans culture and work culture and fill in relevant records

管理标准菌株、制备菌种珠子和工作菌种，并填写相关记录。

8. Ensure proper quality control and quality procedures are followed.

确保执行了正确的质量控制流程并且遵循了正确的质量操作流程。

9. Ensure that all waste is disposed to assigned site in a safe and secure manner.

确保安全、可靠的将废弃物放至指定地点。

10. Evaluate current methods and recommend modifications as new procedures become available.

评价当前方法和作为新程序的推荐性的修改。

11. Undertake some method development or method confirmation projects following supervisor‘s directions. Make relevant work plans and put into practice.

在组内负责人的指导下制定指定方法开发和方法确认相关工作计划并安排实施。

12. Monitor and manage the use of the consumables and make purchase plan for them.

协助组内负责人制定本部门消耗品采购计划，控制监督消耗品的使用。

13. Identify unusual situation in work and communicate to the supervisor or other senior staff

判别工作中的异常情况并且与主管或者其他高级员工进行沟通

14. Communicate procedural and operational difficulties and delays to the microbiology supervisor or the Laboratory Manager as required.

根据需求对于操作流程和操作方法中的困难和延误向微生物主管或者实验室经理进行沟通。

15. Communicate with and seek guidance from the microbiology supervisor or Laboratory Manager to meet laboratory targets.

与微生物主管进行沟通，并且获得微生物主管和实验室经理的指导，以满足实验室的目标

16. Assistant for EMP project if it is necessary.

如有需要，跟进EMP服务项目

17. Perform other related tasks as needed.

根据需求执行其他相关的任务

Job Specification任职资格:

Education Background教育背景：

Junior college education or above in food science, biology related majors

大专及以上学历，食品科学，生物相关专业

English level英语水平：

Basic reading and writing skill 基础读写能力

Training experience培训经历：

Quality system training of lab 实验室质量体系培训

Related training in operation skills of microbiology 相关微生物操作技能培训

Work experience工作经验：

Junior college education, more than 3 years relevant work experience required

大专：两年以上相关工作经验

Bachelor degree, more than 2 years relevant work experience required

本科：一年以上相关工作经验

Skills & Abilities技能和素质：

Strong professional ability with microbiology operation

独立熟练地微生物操作技能

Good at oral and written communication skills

良好的口头及书面沟通技巧

Good at organizational and planning skills

良好的组织和计划能力 Good computer skills

良好的计算机水平
