1. Ensure project targets according to project proposal are achieved;

2. Responsible for successful project development / product transfer to China;

3. Coordination of project team during project lifetime;

4. Follow and apply Brose processes and strategy in Chinese Market;

5. Job related coordination of development teams with co-workers of different departments and central functions;

6. Conduct, initiate and supervise product transfer tasks according to schedule;

7. Customer/Supplier interface and related tasks;

8. Planning of Projects in coordination with department heads;

9. Project management of customer and internal projects;

10. Organize product/concept workshops (internal, external);

11. Issue project applications, including team structures (including partners) as basis for decision making;

12. Manage development/localization Projects for GS/GT/GD electronics.

Requirements:

1. Engineering degree( Master is preferred);

2. 3-5 years working experience;

3. Good communicator(written and verbal);

4. Technical interest, ability to work independently;

5. Prioritizing tasks, be proactive in problem solving;

6. Design principles in Automotive Electronics Industry;

7. Comprehensive knowledge of Project Management methods;

8. Better understanding on development process(PDP).
