VON ARDENNE needs a capable, motivated purchaser for our local Purchasing department, to carrying out all purchasing requisitions and tasks related to direct or indirect material and service purchasing for manufacturing of industrial equipment of VON ARDENNE. The successful candidate of this position will draw up to fulfill all direct/in-direct material and service demand. The purchaser will work with an open communication culture and in a dynamic working atmosphere and will report to the Manager Purchasing in charge at VON ARDENNE Vacuum Equipment (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. After 6 months a take-over is possible.

YOUR TASKS

• Processing Purchasing request;

• Processing RFQ and price comparison, supplier selection;

• Maintain product information/master data/info record in SAP;

• Release PO to supplier;

• PO confirmation follow up: make sure, all opening backlog could be confirmed within 5 working days, to ensure that open POs will be valid from suppliers;

• Maintain regular contacts with interface partners to recognize fulfillment and exert influence to follow up such as shortage issue accordingly.            

 

YOUR PROFILE

• College and above in technical/finance/engineering etc.;

• Relevant Experience like planning/logistic;

• Minimum 2 years procurement experience in EMS industry, especially in order fulfillment function;

• Time management and organizational skills;

• Familiar with MRP Material management module and Microsoft Office, especially Excel;

• Being good in planning, analysis, execution and have excellent communication skills;

• Good team player, having a teamwork spirit, abide by company rules and regulations;

• SAP knowledge is preferred.
