职责描述：
1，控制并协调现场的安全环境健康管理工作.
2，独立完成现场与安全环境健康有关的文档，编制安全计划和程序、紧急事件处理程序、整改通知书、事故调查、安全周报及月报等；
3，进行深入统计分析

4，进行现场风险评估，做好相关安全措施以确保施工现场安全，；
5，安全检查服务的主要联系人；
6，谈判和管理健康，安全和环境预算

7，直接向现场项目经理汇报，完成上司交办的其他工作任务。

岗位要求
1，相关专业毕业，本科或以上学历；
2，五年以上在施工现场的安全环境健康管理工作，有外资企业工作经验的优先考虑；
3，熟悉大中型项目的现场施工、安装及调试期间的安全管理工作；
4，具有安全员证书、工程师相关证书的优先；
5，能熟练操作常用办公软件，具备基本的英文水平；
6，具有强烈的责任感，良好的沟通协调能力和团队协作精神；

 

Job Description:

Develop and manage HSE progress on site

In charge of the documents, plans, procedures and reports of health, safety and environmental systems

Conduct in-depth statistical analyses

Assess the risk of the workplace, and make a related safety measures to ensure the safety of the construction site

Be the main contact for inspection services

Negotiate and manage the health, safety and environment budget

Report to the project manager and do other work assigned

Job Requirement:

bachelor's degree or above, related major
5 year-experience in HSE, Foreign company working experience is preferred
Familiar with the safety management during the construction, installation and commissioning of large or medium sized projects.
Safety officer certificate, engineer certificate is preferred.
Familiar with office software and good in English
Ability to work independently, excellent team-work spirit
