Responsibilities岗位职责：

售前阶段Quotation phase：
1. 概念布局图 concept layout for sales
2. 方案安全分析 solution safety analysis
3. 循环时间分析 cycle time analysis
4. 可达性分析 reachable analysis
5. 工艺流程分析 process analysis
6. 设备工作环境了解 equipment work environment situation study
7. 客户车间物流了解 customer material flow situation study
8. 技术难点分析,必要时需要其他部门支持 technical risk analysis，if necessary other department should support them.
9. 提供设计夹具要求，设计提供夹具概念，give specification of fixture, Fixture designer present fixture concept
10. 和编程讨论可行性 discussion with programmer of feasibility
11. 主要设备清单 main equipment list
12. 协助销售做技术澄清 support sales for technical clarification
13. 从各个部门收集价格。 Collect price from each department
14. 外购设备供应商询价 Ask for quotation from vender of purchased equipment.
15. MM价格计算表 MM Calculation

售后阶段Project phase：
1. 详细的项目布局图， Detail layout of project
2. 安装布局图、地基图、水电气布局图、安全防护围栏布局图Installation layout，foundation layout，Energy layout，Safety fence layout
3. 可达性模拟 3D simulation
4. 循环时间检查 cycle time check
5. 协助项目经理做工程澄清，support project manager for engineering.
6. 协助项目经理系统模块（B7）使用定义support project manager for B7 module specification.
7. 协助项目经理做模块之间接口定义（注意夹具和抓手的关系）support project manager for module interface clarification，
8. 设计部出工程图前细化3D模块确认是否满足要求 confirm detail 3D module function before designer release BOM and drawings
9. 协助项目经理完成水电气网络布局图 support project manager for electrical power and other resource planning
10. 协助项目经理完成电气线槽布线support project manager for cable duct layout

Requirements岗位要求：

1、 三年以上相关焊接自动化行业方案设计或机械设计经验，熟悉焊接工艺，机械自动化或电气自动化专业等相关专业毕业；More than 3 years proposal design or mechanical design experience in welding automation industry, familiar with the welding process, major in mechanical automation or electrical automation;

2、能熟练使用AUTOCAD、UG、ROBCAD等设计软件；Using AUTOCAD, UG, ROBCAD and other design software skillfully;
3、具备一定英文运用能力；Have good command of English.
4、团队意识强，善于沟通，主观能动性强，能承受一定压力。Team spirit, good communication skill, motivation, can work under pressure.
5、能接受出差。Accept business travel.
