Main Responsibilities

1. Trade Show Organization
Collect exhibition-related industrial trends and understand the history and current developments of counter-exhibitions
Execute visitor organization plans according to the project team,s requirements and report to the SPM when substantial discrepancy to the original plan happens;
Build relationship with exhibitors and maintain constant contact.
Make further developments based on past materials and key client information submitted by telephone sales, Assist SPM with customer visits (prepare and accompany appointments).
Responsible for organizing outdoor conferences, brand events an all related duties.

2. Cooperation with Other areas
Coordinate with Operations Department to meet the demands of organizers and exhibitors on field services, following principles set by the SPM. Report to the SPM timely when unsolvable;
Maintain contact and resolve issues with the Marcom department to ensure the promotion goal set by the SPM, and report to the SPM timely when unsolvable;
Responsible for media partnerships in close contact to Marcom Dept. And MMG. Direct communication with media for all trade show related topics.
Coordination of program communication, visitors guide, finance related topics and press releases.

Qualifications:

1.At least 2 years related experience
2.Knowledge of trade show industry and project management
3.Strong communication, responsible, swift, willing to serve
4.Bachelor degree or above
5.Good command of English and Mandarin
6.Computer proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook
