职位描述

Main Responsibility:

1. Event-related concepts/ Trade Show Organization
Advise in developing trade show implementation plans, provide development and innovation suggestions and report to the SPM based on his long-term project development plans;
Acquire trade show sales progress and monitor expenses within responsibilities according to project account requirements, and report to the SPM in time on causes of income loses and cost overruns;
Maintain close communication with partners and industry associations, acquire their new trends, and report to the SPM with corresponding suggestions based on his guidance.
Responsible for collecting exhibition-related industrial trends and provide suggestions on subsequent opportunities and challenges for the SPM's reference;
Understand history and current developments of counter-exhibitions, and raise corresponding maximum-beneficial plans for the SPM's reference;
Contribute with successful implementation of promotion and sales plans under the SPM's guidance; maintain track of and provide service to key customers;
Propose visitors promotion plan and design effective visitor organization scheme under the GDP's guidance;
Ensure the maintenance of exhibitor and visitor's database;
Report to the GPD on unsolvable matters or mega-events to the trade shows and provide his own suggestions; Advise in developing and optimizing integrated communication concepts within the communication team in the field of advertising in cooperation with superiors, exhibition/project management, division management, the Board of Management and agencies, covering also sales, press and New Media.
Producing and keeping to time and date schedules.

2. Media/Agency partnerships
Contribution in briefing on and managing marketing measures for foreign representatives. Commissioning and managing the agencies and service-providers for the projects, in cooperation with MarCom. Participate in implementing the agreements in all marketing-oriented activities. Implementing the advertising strategy including media planning, while observing the corporate identity and the agreed measures. Taking action in case of deviation between actual and target. Ensuring optimum marketing measures (costs, scheduling, quality) in the designated area of responsibility. Ensuring an evaluation system of marketing success is in place, implementing it and evaluating success. Ensuring the measures are presented on the Internet and on the portals.

3. Budget
Provide with drawing up, planning and finalising the budget for the designated area of responsibility in coordination with the superior and the exhibition/project manager. Contribution in implementing the approved proposals in cooperation with the superior and taking measures to correct any deviation between actual and target performance. Communicate regularly with the F/A department to observe the receivables and check on the expenses within responsibility;

4. Cooperation with other departments
Verifying coordination of measures in cooperation with internal and external bodies on the subject of project marketing within the designated area of responsibility. Taking measures to correct any deviation between actual and target performance. Coordinate with the Operations Department on field services to meet the demands of show organizers and exhibitors, following principles set by the GPD. Report to the GPD timely when unsolvable; keep close contact and coordinate with MMG Sales Group and MarCom Team;
Maintain close contact and resolve issues together with the Marcom department to ensure the promotion goals set by the GPD, and report to him timely when unsolvable;
Contribute training and direct team members under the GPD's guidance, and solve uncredited matters in time to ensure customer satisfaction;

Qualifications:

1.At least 4years related experience
2.Comprehensive knowledge of trade show industry and project management
3.Strong communication, responsible, swift, willing to serve
4.Bachelor degree or above
5.Good command of English and Mandarin
6.Computer proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook
