Responsibilities:

• Help Quality Manager in establishing and administering quality policies in the plant to ensure compliance with legal and corporate specifications and standards.
• Responsible for implementing inspection and testing procedures in order to meet company and product quality standards.
• Supports the development and execution of quality programs.
• Monitors records of product defects and failure rates, executes and evaluates all quality control procedures and policies.
• Undertakes on-site quality audits (e.g. ISO14000, ISO9001), including documentation, coordination of corrective actions and reporting.
• Maintains all Quality related files and record.
• In charge of Quality related training on all employees.
• Production data statistics, before and after production.
• Maintains the documentation release process.
• 5S management.
• Sample order request coordination & follow up.

Requirements:

• College degree (or above).
• At least 3 years QA/QC experience in manufacturing facility, familiar with ISO9001, knowledge/ experience of TS16949 is welcome.
• Proficiency in computer skills such as e-mail, word processing, data spreadsheets are required.
• Fundamental English language (both oral and written) is required.
• Team work spirit and strong ability of solving problems.
• Well communication, well coordination, initiative, well organized.
• Experience in leading a team of inspectors and good coaching skills are preferred.
