职位描述
1、 三年以上平面设计工作经验，精通各种设计软件，具有活跃的思维和创意头脑；能独立完成设计任务，了解后期印刷工艺流程；
2、 具备很强的理解分析、创意设计能力，参与公司内部和外部客户设计提案；参与创意策略的研讨和制定；根据广告创意内容，进行文字、色彩、图片、图案的选择编排、版式设计；
3、 具有较强的平面执行能力，主要设计项目：标志设计、企业形象设计、企业画册、宣传海报、灯箱、版式、包装设计等
4、 工作诚信，适应力强，具备良好的团队合作精神，能承受一定的工作压力；
