Requirements:
1.University/College degree and proficiency in both written & spoken English
2.Minimum 5-7 years relevant account servicing experience in 4A agency, car experience
3.Demonstrate a sound knowledge of advertising and marketing principles
4.High strategic thinking, execution skill and intelligence with the ability of leading team to achieve tasks under pressure and be able to identify key issues and develop possible solutions
5.Excellent communication and interpersonal skill, well-planned, self-motivated, assertive with the ability of observing and managing details; a quick learner
6.Earns respect from senior clients by understanding client's own business objectives and issues, and providing relevant agency points-of-view and communication solutions.
7.Have line management experience, being a leader and a team player - able to motivate, counsel and 'grow' junior team members
