职位描述
Professional Responsibilities:
1. Technical and commercial sales activities for local build and German build test equipment (engine cold
test / transmission test).
2. Preparing technical proposal/quotation and quotation presentation to customer.
3. Carry acquisitions at potential customers.
4. Monitor Chinese automobile market in terms of demand and competition, working out market analyses.
5. Involvement in compiling information documents of commercial and technical character.
6. Sales promotion measure, e.g. presentations and representations of innovative development of the company.
7. Build the link to German headquarters key accounts.
8. Develop good relationship with customer and get technical trust from customer.
9. Get the decision org-chart / procedure of the quoting project.
10. Attend to existing customers in order to save and enlarge market share.
11. Reporting of the customer visits and discussions incl. evaluation of agent's reports as well as taking necessary consequent actions within the company and monitoring the processing acc. to schedule.
Candidate Profile:
1. Mechanical Engineer (Bachelor or above).
2. Sound knowledge of sales activities in the automotive sector.
3. Experience in sales or project in powertrain equipment.
4. Preferably knowledge in engine and transmission technology.
5. Preferably knowledge in powertrain testing.
6. Strong knowledge of MS-office products.
7. Used to working on his own - self-assurance and open mindedness.
8. Disciplined to establish and strengthen client relationships.
9. Ability to organise/lead pre-project/sales activities (customer oriented process analysis/ customer oriented quotation writing internally, customer oriented quotation presentation externally).
10. Qualified behaviour acc. to the respective situation on dealing with the customer.
