职位描述
Responsibilities:
§ Receive and respond to telephone calls; Transfer calls;
§ Greet clients and guests professionally; recognize frequent caller’s voice and visitor’s face;
§ Schedule office conference rooms and visitor offices; Coordinate room maintenance, technology needs and troubleshoot issues regarding conference bookings;
§ Perform concierge services, such as ordering meals and making reservations;
§ Ensure building security protocols are followed; Answer inquiries concerning routine office practices;
§ Work overtime as required (which may include evening and weekend hours); and
Handle additional administrative projects as assigned.
§ Advanced-level proficiency in multi-line telephone consoles and internal public address systems;
§ Excellent English and Mandarin Chinese verbal and written communication skills; Proficiency in Shanghai dialect a plus;
§ Fundamental-level proficiency in office practices and procedures;
§ Advanced-level proficiency in Microsoft Outlook; Fundamental-level proficiency in Word, Excel and Live Meeting software;
§ Hospitable personality and excellent interpersonal skills;
§ A clear, pleasant voice and manner of speaking;
§ Punctual, reliable and consistent at work; strong sense of responsibility; and
§ Mature, stable, committed, pleasant, hard-working, eager to learn and service-oriented
Requirements:
§ A college degree or equivalent;
§ 4-5 years of FIE working experience, hospitality industry or professional firm experience a plus
§ Demonstrate integrity, accountability, respect and commitment to the Firm;
§ Demonstrate excellence in managing all functions of the job;
§ Apply the knowledge and skills required to perform at the highest level;
§ Demonstrate best practices in professional relationships; and
§ Focus on job execution and achieving results.
