Responsibility:

Oversee and provide training CS team
Check and approve price margin before order loading
Review and access individual CS performance
Work duty arrangement
Order processing
Monitor and expedite customer's orders up to delivery completion
Issue price quotes, customer complaints and contract review and log into Von Roll Office
Follow-up price status and update in Von Roll Office
Process material replacement and credit notes
Maintain proper and efficient filing system of all documents for easy and systematic retrieval
Record customer forecast and inform internal relevant departments
Follow-up with customer on advance payment before delivery
Work closely with Finance on overdue invoices and ensure prompt payment received

Competences:

To escalate to Head of Sales if Price margin is below acceptable range
Ensure that customer's requirement are fulfilled
According to Sales Manager advise on pricing
According to Quality team's decision on customer complaints
Documents and records are properly filed
Work with factory as per customer's request
Manage delivery based on customer AR status
