Job Responsibilities:

1.Ensure quality management system in the facilities is compliance with ISO 9001.
确保工厂质量管理体系符合ISO 9001认证。
2.Ensure the compliance with ISO 14001 requirement, health and safety requirement.
确保符合ISO 14001标准的要求，卫生和安全要求。
3.Liase with government agencies, ensure factory is compliance with relevant rules and regulation.
与有关的政府部门沟通，确保公司符合相关政策及条例的要求。
4.Support, implement lean methodology, constantly monitor KPI (Key performance indicator) .
帮助并实施精益方法和持续地监控KPI（关键绩效指标）。
5.Initiate continuous improvement projects, deploy 6 sigma tools, increase operational efficiency, reduce waste.
启动持续改进项目，开展使用6西格玛工具，提高运营效率，减少浪费。
6.Lead the multifunctional team to ensure total customer satisfaction by effective supplier management, production process improvement and innovation.
通过有效的供应商管理带领多功能团队，生产工艺改进和创新，以确保顾客完全满意。
7.Set up mechanism to control product quality in various stages from product specification review, quality control plan set up, process parameters defined, controlled and monitoring, final delivery until customer complaint management.
从产品规格审查的各个阶段建立产品机制以控制产品质量，建立质量控制计划，工艺参数的定义，控制和监测，最终交货，直到客户投诉管理。
8.Work with the global quality function to ensure the alignment with corporate directive.
采用全球统一的质量体系工作，以确保企业行为符合相关政策。
9.Communicate with Europe, US, Asia regional QA managers regularly to address common issues listed in quality database.
与欧洲，美国，亚洲地区的质量管理人员定期沟通以解决质量的数据库中列出的常见问题。
10.Effectively plan & organize internal ISO audits, in process audit, customer audit and 3rd party audits.
有效地规划和组织内部ISO审计，过程审计，客户审核和第三方审核。
11.Identify training needs and provide necessary training within the company.
确定培训需求，并在公司内部提供必要的培训。


Job Requirement:

1.M.Sc / M.Eng or a good Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
理科硕士或者工程学专业毕业的优秀本科学历。
2.Min 10 years managerial experience preferably in Quality/EHS management & manufacturing engineering environment.
在质量/环境健康安全管理和工业工程环境相关领域至少有十年的工作经验。
3.Experience in 6 sigma / Lean manufacturing implementation。
具有制造业实施六西格玛和精益生产的经验。
4.Able to apply Minitab, quality companion， SAP or other quality management module in ERP system into daily quality activities
能够把Minitab，quality companion， SAP 或其它质量管理ERP系统运用于日常质量管理中。
5.Fluent in English & Chinese ( oral & written).
流利的英文和中文（口头和书写）
6.Fresh graduate or less than 15 years experience in managerial capacity needs not to apply.
应届毕业生或在管理职位工作经验少于15年者请勿投。
