This person will handle onsite IT support tasks:
Troubleshooting, setup, configuration of hardware(Laptops, desktops, printer, blackberries, office phones, other office equipment)and office software. Creation of cases in Service Now(Case Management Tool) for all the work requested. Coordination with remote resources on the support of the LAN and WAN. Participation in the service delivery and infrastructure meetings. Ensure compliance with Global IT polices and guidelines. Work with IT service Desk for support an appropriate escalation.
This resource needs to be: skilled in English language(written and verbal), be flexible in work hours. May need to work after office hours or on weekends. Travel to other locations may be required.
