职位描述
Primary responsibilities:
1.Creat initial project schedules;
2.Adjust initial project schedules and resource allocation based on actual project requirements and budgets;
3.Prepare weekly project schedule updates across all projects in execution;
4.Monitor resource allocation;
5.Follow-up on critical project issues and major outside purchases (turn-key);
6.Re-plan projects as required;
7.On joint projects, exchange and consolidate schedules with sister organization's production plan;
8.In cooperation with the project manager, creat customer/external schedules and updates in the customer requested format;
9.Creat project execution plans for proposed projects;
10.Other tasks may be assigned as required.
Knowledge & skill requirements:
1.Bachelor degree in Engineering or Business Administration;
2.Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills;
3.Proficiency in Excel, MS Project;
4.Ability and desire to improve existing planning tools and processes;
5.Experience in production planning preferred
