Performance Consultant (咨询顾问)

Job Description & Requirements

LOCATION

• Based in Shanghai

JOB OBJECTIVE

• To deliver training services and be responsible for the execution of training projects using the company’s range of products/services in delivery, training films and e-learning
• Ability to sell training services & products to new and existing clients
• Show an advanced skill level in negotiation of client agreements
• To conduct foundational consultancy for client’s training requirements and objectives
• Strong desire and capability to achieve revenue targets

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Products and Consulting Knowledge

• To assist designing and developing training solutions in areas of sales effectiveness, leadership development, customer loyalty and organization development
• To maintain the company’s corporate image, ensuring high level of professionalism in the market place
• To work with client’s human resources or training officers to identify human resources development needs and devise strategy to help achieving client’s business goals
• To grow the business in Shanghai or Beijing, by servicing the client, expanding the client portfolio, maintaining and increasing sales revenue and achieving the specified revenue and profit targets.

PROSPECTS FOR GROWTH

• Grow within the job and the expanding mode of our China business

AGE RANGE

• Likely to be from the late 25’s to early 30’s

QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE

• University graduates
• 2 years’ clients service working experience in a training company or MNC
• Demonstrable and successful hand’s on track record in people/organizational development assignments

LANGUAGE SKILLS

• Fluent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
