职位描述
Primary responsibilities
1. Develop, implement and maintain health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to be followed by company or plant personnel in compliance with local, state, and TK HSE rules and regulations.
2. Establish and monitor training, assessment and grade management of workshop staffs, organize special trades training, responsible for training and selection for new workshop employees.
3. Responsible for leading and facilitating the Peer Safety Reviews
4. Inspect or audit organization facility to identify existing or potential accident and health hazards, and recommends corrective or preventative measures as needed
5. Responsible for the investigation of accidents and injuries and compiling and submitting accident reports as required by regulatory agencies. Also, compiling data and evidence for organization use in hearings, lawsuits, and insurance investigations
6. Devises and coordinates training programs or media which will increase proficiency in safe practices and promote safety consciousness
7. Represents the organization in community or industry safety groups and programs
8. Ensures the company's compliance to internal and external quality standards
9. Maintains the company's HSE systems documentation
10. Maintains and monitors the company's continuous improvement recommendation programs of HSE
11. Schedule, facilitate, prepare materials, record minutes for quality, health, safety and environmental meetings
12. Prepares & conducts HSE management review meetings
13. Organizes and conducts external and internal HSE audits
14. Regular attendance at the assigned job sites
15. Collect, review and file Site Safety Reports
16. Ensure employee training is up-to-date
17. Complete required safety inspections
18. Distribute monthly safety talk information
19. Track utility usage
20. Sign off hazardous waste manifests
21. Establishes or recommends to management major quality systems objectives for the company
22. Communicates quality standards, programs and new requirements to management and/or the various company departments as required
23. Other duties may be assigned as required
Knowledge & skill requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or at least 3 years equivalent related experience, related work experience in foreign manufacturing companies is preferred.
2. Ability to read, analyse, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
3. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
4. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of manager, clients, customers, and the general public
5. Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plan and solid geometry and trigonometry
6. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
7. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
8. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
9. Ability to utilize personal computer equipped with business system, database, spread sheet, and word processing software.
