职位描述

Position title: HR Supervisor

Work location: Shanghai

Report to: Head of Finance, Admin and HR

Summary:

This role will provide professional HR support in labour law compliance, staffing, talent development & retention, and strategic organizational development.


Major Responsibilities:

Labour Law Compliance

· Update employment contracts

· Document performance evaluations

· Coordinate with corporate HR to communicate and implement new guidelines as required

· Monitor industrial benchmarks and provide timely alerts to management

Training & Development

· Work with management to identify training needs, prepare annual training budget, and execute training plans.

· Develop effective training system to grow and motivate employees within approved budget

· Promote corporate values and help local management build positive company culture


Staffing

· Handel employment paperwork including license, visa, health check.

· Issue invitation letter to visiting colleagues from overseas as needed.

· Provide orientation to new employees.

· Handles routine employee inquiries and information.

· Process formalities for employee hiring, promotion, transfer, and exit.



Reporting

· Prepare monthly HR reports including work attendance records and corporate reports as required

· Maintain proper HR records and update systems accordingly.

· Safe keeping, proper filing of HR documents and ensuring compliant with audit standard.


Benefit and compensation

· Accurately and timely process monthly payroll

· Assist in employee benefit and retention programs, including medical insurance, salary review, bonus and enterprise annuity review, etc.



Minimum Requirements:

· Bachelor' Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or a related discipline in which business knowledge and an understanding of human resource practices are gained.

· At least 3 years direct HR experience with general responsibilities covering training, compensation, benefits, recruiting, employee development or performance management .

· Outstanding communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization.

· Demonstrated good sense of discretion and confidentiality.

· Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, mature personality, reliable and detail oriented, including strong organizational and time management skills.

· Sound knowledge of local labour laws and government requirements.

· Excellent English communication skills in both speaking and writing.
