客户质量工程师 / Customer Quality Engineer

职位概要 Position Summary:

主要处理海外客户以及国内客户的质量抱怨以及期望要求等。

Mainly deal with overseas customers and domestic customer complaints and quality expectations, etc.

工作内容 Job Description:

1. 集中关注国内和国际的项目；

Focus on domestic and international project

2. 处理国内和国外客户的投诉以及抱怨；

Deal with domestic and foreign customers complaints and complain

3. NPI以及MP阶段的标准方面的文件，例如SIP; Control Plan; Flow Chart 等；

Standard documents of NPI and MP phase, such as SIP; Control Plan; Flow Chart, etc.;

4. 负责HSF检测和报告收集；

Responsible for the HSF testing and report collection

5. 领导重要的MRB的处理；Leader important MRB processing

6. 国际以及国内项目生产过程的质量控制；

International and domestic production process quality control

7. 来料以及出货的质量异常的处理；

Handle the quality abnormal of incoming material and shipment

8. 协助质量主管完成其他质量管理体系方面的工作。

Assist quality manager to complete other task related to quality system management

任职资格 Job Qualification :

1 教育背景: Education Background

理工科专业专科以上学历。College or above major in engineering

2 培训经历 Training Experience:

受过生产管理、品质管理、产品知识等方面的培训。

Have received production management, quality management, product knowledge training

3 经验Working Experience

2年以上生产现场与品质管理经验。

2 years or above in production field and quality management experience

4 技能技巧Skills:

a) 熟悉公司的工艺工序、工作原理；

Familiar with company's process and working principle.

b) 熟练掌握公司产品及生产工艺技术应用方面的知识。

Well understand the knowledge of products and production technology in the application
