质量经理 / QA Manager

职位概要：Position summary

领导整个质量部的工作，并作为管理者代表。

Lead the quality department's work, and as a management representative

工作内容: Job Description：

1.作为一个对应设计中心的窗口，来满足设计中心的要求；

As a corresponding design center window, to meet the requirements of the design center;

2.根据公司整体质量状况组织质量控制方案，监控产品全程质量（索赔、归还、监控等）；According to the company overall quality status to organization quality control plan, monitor the quality products (claims, return, monitoring, etc.)

3.不断完善持续改进方法,实施素质教育培训/程序或过程的质量和成本降低；

Constantly improve continuous improvement methods, implementation of quality education training/program or process quality and cost reduction;

4.负责领导和监督的质量保证体系和近年/ ISO管理,会同所有职能部门工作的同时促进产品质量的提高,监督纠正预防措施来提高的实现客户满意度；

Responsible for the leadership and supervision and quality assurance system and in recent years/ISO management, together with all the functional departments promoting the quality of products, improve the supervision and corrective and preventive measures to the realization of higher customer satisfaction;

5.CMC和ET-China质量团队建设,为团队成员提供必要的培训；

CMC and ET - China quality team building, and provide the necessary training for team members;

6.领导在质量、卫生、安全、目标设定、持续改进的计划来促进个人和集体的表现；

Leader the continuous improvement plan of the quality, health and safety goal setting, to promote individual and collective performance;

7.主导第二方以及第三方的审核；Leader the second party and the third party audit

8.驱动质量目标的提高以及改进；

Drive the improvement of quality objectives and make better

9.访问以及审核供应商来确保和满足公司对供应商对产品的质量要求；

Access and audit suppliers to ensure that the supplier meet the product quality requirements

10.完成上级委派的其他任务。Complete other tasks assigned by superior

任职资格: Job Qualifications

1.教育背景: Education Background

理工科专业本科以上学历。

Bachelor degree or above, major in science and engineering

2.培训经历: Training Experience:

受过品质管理方面的专业的培训。

Have received quality management aspects of the professional training

3.经验: Working Experience

3年以上的质量管理工作经验。

Above 3 years working experience in quality management

4.技能技巧: Skills

1)熟悉公司的工艺工序、工作原理与机理，具备亲自动手操作能力；

Familiar with company's process, working principle and mechanism, have hands-on skills

2)熟练掌握公司产品及生产工艺技术应用方面的知识；

Well understand the company products and production technology in the application

3)熟悉国际质量体系专业知识；

Be familiar with international quality system knowledge

4)具有迅速排解生产工艺问题的能力；

Has the ability to quickly solve production process problems

5)良好的英文阅读与理解能力。

Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading and writing
