职位描述
岗位职责：
1. 制定社会化营销计划，根据既定阶段性目标，制定营销预算，并严格控制实施；
2. 负责SNS营销团队日常执行管理和搜索引擎营销（SEM）、邮件营销工作；
3. 电子商务平台日常营运管理，监督电子商务平台运营情况; 提升电子商务平台访问量和转化率；
4. 监控由电子商务平台产生的物流状况
5. 策划年度市场全线(线上及线下)营销计划,负责制定网络媒体推广计划及媒体合作方案，维护与网络媒体之间的关系；参与网站优化设计和实施
任职要求：
1、8年以上B2C电子商务从业经验；3年团以上队管理经验
2、具有市场分析能力，对品牌零售业，尤其零售电子商务有充分的认识；
3、具备良好的沟通协调、组织管理能力。具备良好的心理素质，勇于面对挑战;
4、具有电子商务、SEM、SEO等线上营销领域知识，熟悉包括论坛、博客、问答、百科、微博等互动产品的运用；
5、英文交流、书写流畅；
6. 拥有物流管理经验者更佳
