岗位要求：

· 大专或以上学历

· 一年以上财产险经纪代理渠道从业经验优先

工作职责：

· 维护公司现有渠道以及开拓新渠道，并保持良好的渠道关系

· 按公司要求完成渠道访问、渠道会议、业务报价等各项业务指标

· 完成每周业务回顾并制定下周业务计划

· 执行渠道培训计划和软文转发推广以扩大对业务渠道的影响，增加公司销售业绩

· 完成月度及年度销售指标

· 及时维护及保证客户保险费正常收缴
