Job responsibility

1 根据生产和产品工艺要求开发、设计、调试自动化设备

Develop, design and adjust automatic equipments according to the requirements of production and process technique;

2.负责对现有的自动化及半自动化设备的组装，调试等

Responsible for the assembling, adjusting and maintaining of existing automated and semi-automated assembly equipments;

3.组织车间自动化相关设备的维护工作，及时发现问题，处理隐患；

Keep the automation equipments in good condition, timely detection of problems and prevention of risks

4.负责公司的自动化项目，为新项目进行自动化设计并实现自动化设备的应用；

Responsible for the automation projects, design and realize the application for the new automated equipment

5.负责自动化工艺改进文件的管理及完善；、

Responsible for management and consummation of the automation process documents;

6.负责自动化团队的相关培训和指导工作；

Responsible for the training and guidance of automation team

7. 级安排的其他工作。Other jobs arranged by superior.

qualification

1.自动化、机电一体化、机械类大专或以上学历

Collage degree or above majored in automation, mechatronics, mechanical;

2. 8年以上制造业自动化开发设计、维护等相关经验,3年以上团队管理经验

Over 8 years experience of automation development,maintenance， 3 years team management experience.

3. 会3D制图。Knowledge of 3D drawing

4. 精通电气及电子线路、机械构造以及PLC（可编程控制器）的应用

Proficient in electrical and electronic circuits, mechanical construction of the PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) applications

5. 具备独立自动化系统或电气系统的现场调试经验，善于处理现场发生的问题

Have rich experience of independent automation system or electrical system on-site commissioning, good at

dealing with on-site problems;
