PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER SENIOR
WOVEN DEPARTEMENT
PRODUCT CATEGORY : JKT/COATS - SKIRTS- SHIRTS/TOPS-DRESSES
WOMEN APPAREL
RESPONSABILITIES :
KEY ACCOUNTS PRODUCT OFFER :
Regular offer to our key accounts customers
Picking to factories and sending of new offer to customers
Follow-up of the selection wih merchandising teams
Development of new designs with designer (specific request from customers or new offer from shoppings)
Shoppings
Sending of new fabrics
CUSTOMERS MEETING PREPARATION and SHOWROOM DISPLAY :
Be in relation with buyers/Product managers to get new TRENDS and product researches information
Picking samples from factories
Display all the showrooms
Follow-up the meetings and help on the product development part with the merchandsing team
Help on the meetings reports (new designs to propose, TF, specific fabrics/trims researches)
Follow-up of the new developments if needed
DEVELOPMENT/SOURCING :
Garment Suppliers sourcing (Chinese and HK fairs)
Fabrics and trims Sourcing (basics and fancy)
Supervision of the up-date of the Fabrics and Trims library
CANDIDATE PROFILE :
French and English speaking
Graduate from Business school, Fashion&Management schools or equivalent
4-5 years and above working experience in a similar position (in China will be a must)
Excellent knowledge of woven fabrics, trims, garments production process
Excellent understanding of the Fashion trends and the Commercial needs of our customers
Daily communication with factories, merchandisers and french Customers : excellent communication skills is required
Team spirit, dynamic and positive attitude at work
Available to travel in Mainland China, HK and Europe
