Responsibilities

1. Be responsible for daily teaching and control class scenes;

2. Prepare the lesson plan and courseware;

3. Good communication with Chinese teachers to complete teaching tasks together;

4. Master the learning progress and cognitive ability of each student;

5. Establish good communication and contact with parents;

6. Timely reflect the problems and feedbacks encountered in teaching, and communicate 

with the school to solve them;

Qualification

1. Have teacher qualification certificate;

2. At least 3 years of English teaching experience;

3. Have knowledge of educational psychology and strong teaching ability;

4. Have a strong affinity, lively lectures, like children, loving;

5. Master the use skills of office software and Internet;

6. Love education, work actively and have a strong sense of responsibility.
