工作内容:  

1. 负责公司高端节能产品在高端写字楼、商场、酒店及厂房等中央空调系统节能改造项目中的推广和销售工作

2. 负责和甲方或受委托的物业管理公司建立沟通和合作关系

3. 联系和发展改造项目合作工程施工商

4. 负责开发和联系区域内能源管理类公司的资源

5. 负责北京区域

        

任职资格：

1. 3年以上工业销售或技术支持工作经验，楼宇自控、中央空调系统、电梯等相关行业背景

2. 电梯、中央空调、楼宇自控设备等维保类销售优先考虑

3. 本科以上学历，楼宇自控或暖通专业优先

4. 英语能够简单交流并熟练读写有

5. 高端写字楼、商场、酒店、厂房及其物业管理公司等客户资源
