Responsibilities:

• Copy-write and translate marketing brochure, press releases and statements to the media to deliver high quality of these materials to external companies.
• Support the Director of Marketing and Public Relations to identify show branding and key visual.
• Develop and implement local measurable Public Relations strategies incorporating traditional and social media channel.

• Identify and manage strategic partnerships with Chinese and International media, influencers, KOLs to support the growth of CTIS.

• Work with PR agency to implement the organization of press events, media interview or media roundtable.
• Work with the Director of Marketing and Public Relations and Global Sources CEC team to launch and maintain media portal to demonstrate the position of CTIS as the thought leader in tech industry.
• Monitor, review and report on all PR activity and results.

  

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in PR and Marketing related major background. Experience from Event or PR agency is a plus.

• Excellent English in both oral and written skills.

• Proficiency in PC applications, e.g. MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent time management, prioritizing and organization skills with detail-oriented mindset.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure and tight deadlines.

• Demonstrate ability to work in a collaborative environment.
