职责
· Answering client inquiries and providing supreme client services
· Administering and maintaining the company website
· Managing the overall office administration related activities and responsibilities
· Answering and directing calls
· Accountable for the actual running of the business (both middle and back office function)
· Supporting the company in tasks when required e.g. translation, research, and booking events and venues etc.
· Personal Assistant to General Manager
· Participating in new strategy formulation and execution process when required
· Participating in and be accountable for all the other activities assigned by the company when necessary

1. 外貌端庄，形象气质佳，普通话标准，口齿清晰。
2. 熟悉WORD，EXCEL，POWERPOINT等计算机办公及图形软件。
3. 有良好的文字、语言表达、沟通能力，较强的理解力和执行力，能独立完成工作。
4. 具有服务、协作意识，工作能力强、认真细致，有责任心。
5. 具有应付繁琐和多方面事务的耐心和能力，工作高效，有条理。
6．具有金融相关的客户服务工作经验尤佳，
7．语言要求：中英文
8．熟悉WORD，EXCEL，POWERPOINT等计算机办公软件。
9．懂得客户至上的道理，并运用在实际的客户服务当中
10．懂得合理安排时间和效率，并以每天为单位来创造价值，业绩和优秀的客户关系和服务。
11．定期需要在下班时间后或周末在上海支持公司的销售讲座和活动

岗位待遇：

1。公司会在10-11月份对所有员工提供全日制专业的技术和知识培训；培训的重点为：企业文化和流程，产品和服务，专业知识和术语，销售和讲座技巧，客户服务要求和技巧，以及团队合作精神等。
2。薪资构成：底薪+业绩提成

The company was set up at the beginning of this year to introduce financial and investment information, knowledge, expertise and opportunities to Chinese and foreign clients.
