DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  

1. Assist in the coordination of daily operational activities in supplier sourcing, fabric development, sample development, costing package preparation. And support merchandiser and sr merchandiser on daily production follow up.

2. PO checking & amendments follow up when needed

3. Assist to manage daily submission for labdip, trim cards, fabric, samples review/tracking/follow up

4. Data entries in PLM system and Vendor Gateway maintenance, and prepare all required documentation

5. Vendor system support for Vendor Gateway/PLM on training and managing the correct information

6. Assist Merchandiser with buying/sourcing trip: - Organize location and meetings with vendors/buyers/designers/sourcing. - Meeting points follow up - Assist in Pre- meeting preparation - Follow up on Sample tracking and sending when needed

7. Offer assistance as required from other departments at Home Office

8. Vendor management – daily and proactively

  

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  

1. The incumbent will support more than 2 to 3 merchandisers with many different categories and processes and will need to be able to prioritize projects and timelines.

2. The incumbent will deal with Buyers, PM, QCA, Tech, Sourcing & cross functional teams from Home Office & PRO office. Vendors of different levels & backgrounds and origin. Such tasks require the capability to maintain positive working relationships

3. Has product knowledge/experience, prefer 3-5yrs above solid experience in apparel.

4. Experienced in buying office is an add on.

5. Quick Learner and discipline person, a good team player

6. Able to work under pressure, and work into details.
